2. The hotel's contracted price is only valid during the symposium period, that: from October 18th (check-in date) to October 22nd (check-out date).

3. Specific process: Enter the hotel reservation page - Select the room type - Select check-in and check-out date - Confirm and submit - Confirm hotel information (if there are any special requirements, please fill in) - Confirm and submit.

4. Each attendee is entitled to reserve one hotel room only. If you are booking a standard room and sharing it with a colleague, please make sure to clearly note the information of the person you will be sharing with.

5. If your travel plans change before the conference, please notify the conference secretariat and cancel your booking no later than 5:30 PM on October 14th.

6. Upon check-in, please present a valid government-issued photo ID and settle payment for your room stay. The accommodation invoice will be issued by the hotel at check-out.
