Payment Methods
● Attendance pay by Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. Moreover, international attendance can also pay by bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Paypal. Details can be found on the home page ‘Registration’ once you have registered and logged in.
● To ensure the security of your account, according to the bank's requirements, cross-border transfers require the submission of a passport number as proof . Please provide during ‘New User Registration’.
⚝ If you pay by paypal, refunds for attendees will be processed uniformly by the Conference Affairs Team post-conference.
Step 1: Register for a PayPal Account and Complete Real-Name Authentication
● Visit PayPal Website (https://www.paypal.com/) and select Individual Account.
● Fill in Registration Information.
● Complete Real-Name Authentication.
● Bind payment method.
Step 2: Register and Pay on the Conference Website
● Visit MES2026 Website (https://mes2026.scimeeting.cn/).
● Fill in Participant Details.
● Select PayPal Payment Method and Complete Payment.
All cancellation requests must be made formally via email: mes2026@dicp.ac.cn
● Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2026: Full refund.
● Cancellations received from September 1 to September 18, 2026: 70% refund.
● Cancellations received from September 19 to October 3, 2026: 50% refund.
● Cancellations received on or after October 3, 2026: No refund.
Note: Based on Chinese Standard Time Zone UTC+8, all refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the conference. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
